Darris Rynn

Renamed from Dar’ryn by the Paramar occupation. It is one of the few places where a regent lord form Paramar sits and its former king is second. Darris Rynn is the capital city of Car’tie.

It’s comprised of mostly old buildings, some of which are falling apart. Vines, Ivy and hundred old trees are found everywhere over the city.

Paramar has been consturcting new temples to Pelor and Erathis as well as statues to the king of Paramar King Jaravar.

Darris Rynn is filled with merchants and thieves who will cheat anyone to make money. The cities streets are dangerous, being home to the Thieves Guild of Carla it’s very dangerous to do anything outside after dark.

Comprised of 5 districts

Farming District

- The first thing seen when approaching the city from the main entrance. The Farming District is comprised of a great deal of farmland. The farms stretch out for miles, further than the city its self is spread. There are farms and farm houses. This quarter is one of the most heavily guarded as it provides food for a great deal of the province and a great deal of preservable food is exported to other provinces.

Acheter Quarter

- The primary quarter for buying and selling in Darris Rynn. The whole quarter is filled with merchants and crafters. Anything is for sale here, items or services.

Old Quarter

- The second oldest part of the city. The Old Quarter is home to old churches, Inns and other social places as well as Adventurers Guildbranch located with in Car’tie.

Chateau Quarter

- The nicest part of the city. It is still very old but it is the most upkept. Filled with gardens and ivy this part of the city is filled with the rich, nobles, rich adventurers and others who have come in to wealth… One way or another.

Old Car’tie

- Old Car’tie is the oldest part of Darris Rynn. It is set to the back and is sandwiched between the main city and the mountain range that sits to the West of the city.

Old Car’tie is primarily made up of dirt roads and houses that are partially run down. This district is mostly home to the poor and anyone who refuses to move. The houses here are cheap and crime is fairly high due to the pack of patrols. There are some farms in this area but not many as most of the plant life is dead. The mountains to the west and the city to the East and North/East block a great deal of light. The grass is often dark and not many live here by choice.
