The Fall of the Light
This site is under constant construction. Please bear with us. This site is a huge feat and we're working very hard to get it caught up to the story and the amount of content that has been prepared.
My dearest Kerin
It has been some time since I was able to contact you last, I have been doing some research in to your companion and must meet with you regarding this.
I have heard of your deeds in the Ireth Woods, with only a few weeks having passed I am impressed that such news has traveled so far, it must have been a great battle. But what worries me most is the manner that I heard of the battle. Paramar soldiers speak of it as if they were there themselves?
I would like to speak with you on this manner as well if you could meet me.
I will be traveling through Barrel and intend on stopping in Ainghill to visit my families estate there. I should arrive in about one months’ time if you would be willing to meet me there then. I have heard of your destination and warn you that the tunnels in the Forodan Mountains are home to much greater things than Dwarves and Paramar, demons of an unlawfully horrid nature will be something you face in such a dark place.
There was one more thing, I must confess it was my original reason for drafting this letter to you, I have heard rumors that Lady Corasen has ordained the awakening of a very old Lich, the Blood Court now attempts to raise this Lich even as I write this letter, if you are still on your path West towards the mountains by the time this letter reaches you; there is an old town that is now abandoned just north on the road known as Treasin Town, the town itself has been emptied of anyone who would attempt to see it thrive, but there is an old temple just north of the town that the Blood Court now use as a birthing place for great evils, I believe this is the place where Lady Corasen would have chosen to raise this lich.
This task Kerin, is one of the most dangerous tasks that you would have come across at this point in your travels. This Lich has become nothing more than a Demi Lich due to its slumber and is most definitely weakened then in its previous form, but I must stress my point to you; this lich is still very powerful and although yes, it must be destroyed. The world you do now is not worth dying for.
I hope to see you in Ainghill in one months’ time.
Sincerely,
Cazartavis Sven
