Quil The Shadow
Quil is a deadly Drow Archer. She has long black hair and Black eyes, Quil doesn’t say much and is rarely seen around, many often talk about her behind her back in the Order, saying how she will betray them one day and how Drow are not to be trusted.
When you do see Quil she seems to appear out of no where and then disapear the same way.
She comes off as intimidating but to look at she is very beautiful.
When Quil speaks it’s as if her words echo like magic.
The Drow Race in Carla its self is rare due to Paramars stance on them, many have retreated away to the underdark, to underground or over the great oceans.
