Practice Makes Perfect

 

 

It is a long time since i last write in my journal. I am busy with walking and killing many days but now i can write some because we are not doing those things.

We leave the magic tower and are going north to another cave far away. I do not know why we go to the cave but it is big so i follow. My friends know nothing about the cave so i am surprised when we find it. We cross the mountain to save time but it is hard walking. We are good at walking in the mountain though so we cross the mountain good. I am worrying about losing our place in the world so i ask a rabbit for help. It runs into the forest and i also run into the forest but my friends say i do not run because of danger. I am sad that i do not talk at the rabbit because it is lonely only talking at the tall people. They are good people but i know they think i am little because i do not talk my ideas good. I miss my home and my clan. I miss talking at people and knowing that they know my ideas. I learn more of the tall words every day though so i hope someday they see me the same.

We walk more and spooky ladies attack us. We kill them and i find a necklace but it breaks when i chew it. I am sad because it is pretty but it is broken.

We find the cave and kill tall men who are called cultists. I kill many cultists but a tall lady with shiny armor and a big shield scares me. She is true warrior and i want to honor her but her heart is killed by magic before i eat it. I am thinking magic is good and strong but also it has no care about things and can kill too much. I worry about my magic friends that they have little care with their fire and maybe hurt people they do not want hurt. It is a big thing and i do not think they care big enough about what they kill with magic.

We kill more cultists and later we find three stone men that talk at us. They use big words but their ideas are good and i like them. We talk at them with care and they open the door for us. We find a key and go back to a room and open another door and find a shiny man fighting a magic bird lady. She is the raven queen. We kill four big rocks called conduits and then the shiny man gives me a metal stick. I stab the raven queen with the stick and she dies. Then i see the earth mother again and people are talking at each other. I still do not know what they are talking about but i start to know some things so that is good. I think the earth mother wants me to take my friends to the forest and help her. Another magic lady fixes my necklace and i also find a magic thing that sounds like rain when i shake it. It is a good day.

We go back home and I am bit by wolf but it is ok. More things happen on way home but my hand is hurting so i stop now.
